Directions for use

1. Dissolve 1 sachet in 240 mls of pre-boiled, tepid water for isotonic cleansing
2. Insert nozzle into the nose over a washbasin or receptacle
3. Squeeze gently until the solution comes out of the opposite nasal passage
4. Repeat in alternate nostrils until solution is used up
5. Apply TWICE daily until symptoms improve
6. After use, clean bottle with hot, soapy water and rinse thoroughly
7. Replace bottle every 3 months

NOTE: Children under 12 should be supervised by a responsible adult. Keep sachets away from infants and pets.
